About Helping Hands Service Group

Helping Hands Service Group was founded out of a deeply personal and heartfelt mission to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. One of the partners, Seth Grandison, has two children on the autism spectrum. Through his own experiences as a parent, Seth witnessed the challenges families face in finding high-quality, compassionate care that truly meets their loved ones’ unique needs. Frustrated by the gaps in available services, Seth realized there was a critical need for better, more personalized support.

By chance, Seth had a conversation with his cousin, Casey Charles, who shares his passion for helping individuals with disabilities. Casey brings over 15 years of experience in the field, working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, and is licensed in five states. Casey’s extensive knowledge and expertise, combined with Seth’s personal perspective, made for a perfect partnership.

That conversation sparked a shared vision: to create a company that prioritizes compassion, dignity, and personalized care for individuals with disabilities. Together, they founded Helping Hands Service Group to serve families in the San Diego area, offering services that foster independence, growth, and a better quality of life for clients and their loved ones.
